Go to Michael's, Hobby Lobby, or in the small-scale part of the Wal-Mart,
Get the black foam craft well, of course (still better if you are big and round, about 6-7 cm in diameter.) And a black belt
Cut out circles of 6-7 cm.
Cut a thin sheet in each circle.
Use a hot glue gun, glue on two of these bands in the right places.
Add a pink ribbon.
Go to the Disney store!

Take a black band.
Attach two black circles on, you can do something tangible to be covered with cardboard, construction paper, nothing, my friend, the black padded and looked good. At the beginning, get the pink ribbon and a bow tie on a big track, or the fabric and sew a bow.
