Nero 9 Disc looks like a fake, can anyone confirm? - cd-key nero expres 3.1.0.25

I bought a copy of Nero 9 Ultra on eBay, and it arrived today, was only the CD in a sleeve with the CD-key. The disc has a blue / purple again as a CD-R or DVD-R and the front label looks like a form of CD, while crossing a printer for printing labels to CD. Is this kind of products are usually Nero or is it a fake? I thought that the press does not like Nero CD is original and screen of a stamp, such as music CDs.

Can someone with a copy of the details, tell me if such a copy or the press. Pressed CDs are silver in the form of music CDs in the back. Thanks
